Retired Nurse Valerie Brown (Part 1 - Nursing)

In this oral history interview, retired nurse Valerie Brown tells her stories of working in Blue Nursing Service (Blue Care) for over 30 years. She has wanted to be a nurse since childhood and started training at Mount Isa Base Hospital at 16 years old. Although it was a challenging job with limited resources back then, she was dedicated to providing nursing services because of her passion.
